Krohnes H250 M40 er en variabelt areal (VA) til proces- og OEM-industrien. VA-måleren kombinerer mekanisk flowmåling af væsker eller gasser med state-of-the-art kommunikationsmuligheder.
Instrumentet kan designes til at måle i en bestemt flowretning, og grundet dens robuste bygning kan den klare et temperaturområder fra -200 op til 300grC.
Enheden kan udvides modulært, hvor elektroniske moduler kan tilføjes eller udskiftes til enhver tid uden afbrydelse af processen. På denne måde tilpasser dens funktion sig til nye krav – fra analog flowmåling uden hjælpestrøm til digital integration i et feltbussystem (f.eks.Profibus PA).
Endelig fremstilles en version til aggressive medier med PTFE- eller keramisk foring og flyder, og kan også fås med hygiejnisk design til brug i fødevare- og medicinalindustrien.
